Why can I see campgrounds everywhere without downloading anything?

The campground list for the whole US is built into the app, so search and details work everywhere, even offline. Downloading a state adds the detailed street map for it.

What does "length unknown" mean?

The campground doesn't list a maximum vehicle length. It may still fit your rig, so check with the campground first.

Is the route safe for my RV?

No promise. RigStop's directions are an ordinary car route. They aren't checked for low bridges, weight limits or steep grades. Always follow road signs.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RigStop. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

I reinstalled the app and lost my subscription

Open RigStop → More → Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID.

A campground's details are wrong

Open the campground → "Something changed? Report it". We check reports before changing a place.
